Here are Two Ways to Invite New Team Members
1οΈβ£ Part 1: Inviting Team Members from Settings
1. ππΌ Click on your 'Organization's name' at the bottom of the left sidebar.

2. ππΌ Select 'Team Management' from the menu.

3. ππΌ Next click on the 'Pending Invites' tab. It's a great way to see what invites are pending.

4. ππΌ Now go ahead and click on the 'Invite Members' button.

5. ππΌThe invite members pop up will display. Here you'll want to add an email address of the teammate or client you wish to invite.

6. ππΌClick on 'Add Another Member' to add multiple individuals at once. You can invite up to batches of 5 new members at one time.Β


π‘BIT TIP: To add more than 5 members on the Pro & Business Plan repeat steps 2-5. If you need to invite bulk new members and need our help. contact us at support@bit.ai.
7. ππΌYou can also add the workspaces you would like your invites to join. This is optional, but recommended step so your colleagues can start collaborating with you.

8. ππΌOnce you're done, click on the 'Send Invitations' button.

9. ππΌNext, you'll see a confirmation screen that will let you know how many invites were successful and let you know if there were any issues.

10. ππΌYou'll receive an email alerting you when an invitation has been accepted. When that occurs you can start collaborating and working together.Β

2οΈβ£ Part 2: Inviting New Team Members to Your Workspace
1. ππΌClick on any workspace you want to invite new team members to.

ππΌ2. Click on the '+' button on the top right corner of your workspace to open up the manage collaborator pop up.

ππΌ3. You can either add team members who have already joined your Bit organization by searching for them or you can click on 'Invite New Member' at the bottom of the pop-up. Since we are looking to add new team members, click on the 'Invite New Member' button.


ππΌ4. The invite members pop up will display. Here you'll want to add an email address of the teammate or client you wish to invite.

ππΌ5. Click on 'Add Another Member' to add multiple individuals at once. You can invite up to batches of 5 new members at one time.

ππΌ6. You can also add all of the workspaces you would like to invite your users to join you in. This is an optional but recommended step. It's a great way to help your new colleagues get onboarded and ready to collaborate with you.

ππΌ7. Once you're done click on the 'Send Invitations' button.

ππΌ8. Next, you'll see a confirmation screen that will let you know how many invites were successful and if there were any issues. If you'd like to see the pending and accepted invites click on 'See pending and accepted invites'.

ππΌ9. You'll receive an email alerting you when an invitation has been accepted. When that occurs you can start collaborating and working together.
