Bit documents are intelligent documents that can be shared in a multitude of ways depending on what your needs are.
1️⃣The first way to share a Bit document is by inviting team members to to the workspace your document is in. Your internal team in that workspace can access it, co-edit in real-time, make inline comments and more.
2️⃣The second way to share a Bit document is through a live link. Live links allow the recipient to access the document from a shareable link. There's no login required by them and anyone you share the link with can view the document in read-only state.
3️⃣The third way to share a Bit document is by embedding it on any website or blog. You can copy Bit's embed code and drop it on your site. Watch as the entire document renders on your webpage.
4️⃣The fourth way to share a Bit document is through a trackable link. You can create multiple trackable links for each Bit document. Share the trackable link with a single individual or a group and monitor engagement levels on the document. You can view return visits, time spent on the document and when it was accessed. Trackable links provides you and your team with important data to help make follow up decisions or make amendments with the the content you are creating.
Bit Tip: All edits made on the document will appear on the trackable link that is shared with your audience.
