If you've created a trackable link for a Bit document, you may find yourself looking for a way to update the settings you customized for it. Perhaps you want to add or remove the lead capture form, maybe update the password or add an expiration date. Bit's robust platform allows you to make adjustments to any trackable link you've created at any time.
Follow these directions to update your document tracking settings:
👉🏼1. Once you're logged in to your Bit account, click on the Trackable Links button on the sidebar.
👉🏼2. Next, you will see a list of your trackable links. Open up the trackable link you'd like to make an update to.
👉🏼3. Once you open up your trackable link, a side panel will slide in. Click on the settings tab.
👉🏼4. On the settings tab you can update the following items for your trackable link:
- Add and remove lead capture information
- Add or remove a password
- Add or edit the expiration date of the link
- Disable a link completely
