Any collaborator of a workspace can pin documents and folders to a workspace. It's a great way to highlight the most important information inside the workspace, create a table of contents, guidelines, processes, task lists, reports, reference guides, etc.
All collaborators of the workspace will be able to see the same pinned documents and folders.

Follow these directions to pin documents and folders to the top of a workspace:
👉🏼1. Open up any workspace you want to pin documents and folders in.
👉🏼2. Click on the three dots next to any document or folder in the workspace.
👉🏼3. Select 'Pin for Everyone' from the dropdown.
👉🏼4. Your pinned documents and folders will automatically float to the top right corner of the workspace.
