You can add a password to a trackable link you share. The best part is you can add a password when you're customizing and creating your trackable link and you can also go back in to update or turn on/off your trackable link at anytime. We'll walk you through both ways:

1️⃣How to add a password to a new trackable link
👉🏼1. Open up the document you want to share and click on the More button on the far right side of the top bar.
2. 👉🏼 From the drop-down select 'Share.'
👉🏼3. And enable sharing pop up will open. Click on 'Turn on Sharing'.
👉🏼4. Go the Share Trackable Link section of the sharing popup. Click 'Create Link.'
👉🏼5. A popup will open that will allow you to set up your trackable link.
👉🏼6. Within this pop up you'll see the option to make your trackable link password protected.
👉🏼7. Once you're done adjusting the trackable link settings, click 'Save.'
👉🏼8. To view your lead capture page and the trackable link, click 'Copy Link.' Open the weblink in an incognito window.

2️⃣How to add/update a password on a trackable link
👉🏼1. Click on Trackable link on the main side bar of the platform.
👉🏼2. Click on the trackable link you would like to manage the password settings on.
👉🏼3. A slider will come in. Click on the 'settings' tab.
👉🏼4. Go to the password section and manage your password for the trackable link you created.
