When you create a trackable link, Bit.ai gives you the option of creating a custom document title for your audience and add notes to help you search the trackable links you create.
You can customize the document title and notes of a trackable link you create & you can update the document title and notes of a trackable you have already created.

1️⃣ Part 1: Here is how you can customize the document title and notes
👉🏼1. Open up the document you want to share and click on the More button on the far right side of the top bar.
2. 👉🏼 From the drop-down select 'Share.'
👉🏼3. And enable sharing pop up will open. Click on 'Turn on Sharing'.
👉🏼4. Go the Share Trackable Link section of the sharing popup. Click 'Create Link.'
👉🏼5. A popup will open that will allow you to set up your trackable link. Here you can customize the title and notes for each link you create.
2️⃣ Part 2: How to update the title and description of a trackable link you've already created
👉🏼1. Click on Trackable link on the main side bar of the platform.
👉🏼2. Click on the trackable link you would like to manage the password settings on.
👉🏼3. A slider will come in. Click on the 'settings' tab.
👉🏼4. Here you can update the title and notes for the trackable link you created.
