Bit documents inside the same workspace can be easily interlinked to create a beautiful internal wiki. You can create processes, guides, project management documentation, tech specs, meeting agendas, reports, knowledge bases and more. Anyone who is part of the workspace can contribute to the living wiki.Β
You can create two types of wikis, an internal wiki and an external wiki that has been published to share with the outside world. Here's how you can create both:
1οΈβ£Part 1: Internal Wiki
Follow these directions to interlink your documents:
ππΌ1. Open up a Bit document and start typing.

ππΌ2. Highlight any portion of your text.

ππΌ3. You'll see a formatting tool bar appear. Click on 'Link to Document.'
ππΌ4. Start searching for any document with this workspace.Β

ππΌ5. Once you found it you can add it to your document and you'll see the text you originally highlighted now has a hyperlink taking the user to that document.Β

2οΈβ£Part 2: External Wiki
7. ππΌ From the drop-down select 'Share.'

8. ππΌAnd enable sharing pop up will open. Click on 'Turn on Sharing'.

ππΌ9. Copy the live link, grab the embed code or create a trackable link.Β
